BBQ Chicken biscuit calzone

I came across this calzone recipe on Pillsbury's website. It sounded simple enough, but I don't like meat in a can and I'm not a fan of their pizza dough. So what's one to do? You make changes to the recipe and make it your own.

Ingredients:

- Chicken cutlets cooked and cut into strips
- Salt and pepper
- Pillsbury homestyle butter biscuits
- BBQ sauce (I always use Famous Dave's sweet & zesty)
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Cilantro
- Real bacon bits
- Onion powder (or real onions)

Serves 4

Let's get cooking!

Start by adding salt and pepper to your chicken - Cook either on stove top or oven - Cut cooked chicken into strips - Roll out biscuits to about 6 inch's - Place one on the cookie sheet (sprayed with cooking spray) - Add strips, 3 tablespoons sauce, cheese, cilantro, pinch of onion salt and bacon - Take another rolled out biscuit and place it on top - Pinch the calzone closed using your fingers to seal in the yummines - Cook for 16 minutes. (15-17 minutes per package)

*Notes- When putting chicken on the biscuits, make sure you have a enough for all 4. Put as much or as little cheese and other toppings on as you want.  Just make sure you can pinch the calzone closed.

Enjoy!
